Our operating rules are based on three principles:

  • Cleanliness

  • Respect


Because this community belongs to all of us, we expect everyone to make wise choices that keep members and guests safe, the place clean and neat, and show respect and extend friendliness to those around you!  We expect parents to teach children to do the same. We want Nottingham safe, sparkling, and enjoyable for all of us!

A couple of highlights:

  • Members must check in with the guards when they arrive at every visit to Nottingham Swim Club, and all guests must be registered

  • Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or registered/ designated sitter

  • The Baby Pool is only for children under the age of 6, and children MUST have an adult with them inside the Baby Pool enclosure

  • Food is prohibited within one concrete block/four feet of the main pool (whichever distance is greater) and no food is allowed within the baby pool area

  • Parties/pavilion rentals must be approved in advance, and are not considered confirmed until approval has been granted, and signed contract, payment & guest list submitted (full details on parties/pavilion rentals can be found under Events--> Party Reservations)
